Means of Payment

Paypal or cash

All services must be paid for at least 50% online at the time of booking.

-All services are subject to the Costa Rica value added tax (VAT) of 13%

 

 

Reservations

The SDMA team is at your service to assist you with the selection of services and treatments including the proper order of them. We encourage you to make reservations as early as possible, to ensure the availability of your favorite treatments.

 

Group bookings

Group bookings of 10 or more people must be made at a minimum of 8 days before service and 100% of the services must be paid at the time of booking.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations with less than 24-hours of notice are charged 100% of the treatment. All other cancellations are 100% refundable.

 

Dress code

Robes preferably.

If you prefer to wear underwear, please remember that the fabric can be damaged by the different mixtures that are used in each therapy.

 

Responsibility

Prior to therapies, remove all valuables, jewelry and others accessories.

They should be stored and secured next to or away from your belongings.

We are not responsible in case of losses.

 

Physical and health conditions

The following conditions can be contraindications with massage therapies: fever, acute inflammations, contagious diseases, haemorrhagic, tumor or cancerous diseases, Circulatory disturbances (phlebitis, lymphangitis, thrombosis, embolisms and arteriosclerosis)

open wounds, cracks or fractures, severe burns, cardiopathies, infectious arthritis, acute reactive arthritis, (rheumatism), inflamed nodes, recent surgeries (less than two months ), cases of thyroid gland hyperfunction, bronchial asthma, severe or uncontrolled hypertension, kidney problems, coronary failure or during the first three months of pregnancy or a risky pregnancy. If you have any of these conditions, you are obligated to share this at the time of reservation.
